Database entries

When visitors register their data on the site we store the data shown in the edit record form, and also the visitor’s IP address and a timestamp to prove that the consent checkbox has been accepted.
The email address will never be displayed publicly, it is visible only when a registrant is editing his or her own data.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can possibly download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The copyright to the images remains with you, but it is not excluded that they may be downloaded by visitors and used elsewhere. Since we have no influence on this we reject any liability for possible misuse.
If you delete your data record, the images that you might have uploaded also will be deleted.

Cookies

This website do not actively use cookies.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with anyone and of course do not pass it on.

How long we retain your data

The data is persistent in the database and is completely removed once you delete your data record, otherwise the data will remain indefinitely in the database.

What rights you have over your data

If you have registered data on this site, you can see, change or delete the content at any time, using your private link to the editing page of your record.
You can also request that we erase your data, should you feel that the deletion process is not clear to you.
